At Gaia North, the health and well-being of our clients and staff is our top priority. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe environment, we ask that you please do not book or attend a session if you are experiencing any signs of illness, including, but not limited to:

Fever (100.4°F or higher) Do Not use fever reducing medications to mask a fever
Cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing
Sudden loss of taste or smell
Fatigue, body aches, or chills
Gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea)

COVID-19 Considerations:
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, been exposed to someone with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or are currently under quarantine or isolation guidelines, we require that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Why This Is Important:
Massage therapy and other sessions involve close physical contact, which increases the risk of spreading infections. To protect both yourself and others, it is essential to avoid coming to an appointment when you are ill. Even mild symptoms can contribute to the spread of viral or bacterial infections, compromising the health of other clients and staff.

Our Rescheduling Policy:
If you are feeling unwell or suspect you may have been exposed to an illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will be happy to accommodate you and help find an alternative date when you are feeling better. No cancellation fees will apply in the event of illness-related rescheduling. If you chose to ignore these policies, you will be asked to leave the session without refund.
